Bajaj Allianz | Two Wheeler Motor OTS (On The Spot)

Two wheeler Motor On-The-Spot (OTS), is a mobile based motor insurance claim settlement service, which empowers customers to file claims, self-inspect their vehicles, and receive the claim settlement amount in their account in 20 minutes after filling all the necessary details through company’s mobile app – Insurance Wallet. 

Applicable for two wheeler own damage claims of repair liability up to INR 10,000. 

To download the Insurance Wallet App:

1.       Type short URL and download insurance wallet app

2.       Scan QR code using your mobile

At first click on ‘Claims icon’, then click on ‘My Claims’. Select your two wheeler policy and click on register a claim button. Enter the required details and click on register button. After following all these states, your claim gets registered successfully.

Enter accident details, NEFT details and click on submit claim form button. Enter the received OTP and click on submit button. Follow the instructions given on the app and click pictures from your mobile. Click on submit button to upload the pictures. Upload all the mandatory documents and click on save button.

Click on agree button to accept the claim amount, else click on disagree button. You will receive a SMS on your mobile based on your selection.
