What You Will Need to Provide:

When we say hassle-free, trust us to mean every syllable of it. We realize that your time is precious, particularly during an emergency. What you would have to provide is therefore minimal.

Send in Your Vehicle for Repair:

We would suggest you move your vehicle to the garage from the accident spot/breakdown point or have it towed to avoid any further damage.

In case of theft, file a complaint in writing with the police and intimate us on our Toll Free Number. Should your vehicle not be found within 90 days, ask the police to issue a Non-Traceable Report (an undertaking that they are yet to find your vehicle) and hand over the report to us.

You can then sit back and let us take care of the rest.

Survey and Claim Settlement:

Basis the nature of your General Insurance claim, submit the copy of documents to your preferred garage/dealer and have them tallied with the originals.

  • Previous insurance details - Policy No, insuring Office/Company, period of insurance
  • All the sets of keys/Service Booklet/Warranty Card
  • Police Panchanama/ FIR and Final Investigation Report
  • Acknowledged copy of letter addressed to RTO intimating theft and making vehicle "NON-USE"
  • Form 28, 29 and 30 signed by the insured
  • Letter of Subrogation
  • Consent towards agreed claim settlement value from you and Financer
  • NOC of the Financer if claim is to be settled in your favor

Having No Claim Bonus can get you a discount ranging from 20-50% on the Own Damage Premium. 

What if I have to make changes / endorsement in the policy?

If you want to make changes to your policy, endorsement is the way to go. It’s written evidence of an agreed change to the policy. It can be issued at the time of issuing the policy for providing additional benefits or cover.

To make an endorsement later, for example to record athe change of address or change of vehicle, you can simply contact us. 

How can I reduce the insurance premium for my vehicle?
