    I renewed my two-wheeler insurance policy over online, i got d msg as the letter regarding your policy has been despatched to your address, but i dint get tat letter till now, i renewed it before 15 days, i will be thankful to you if you give any suggestion to get it over online, pls contact me through my mail asap.

    My VW POLO car insurance ‘OG-13-1701-1801-00018447’ is due for renewal on 7th June. I applied for renewal on 23 May, one of the person from Bajaj Allianz collected my cheque. And my cheque has got credited to your account on 28th May. But till ow I have not received any soft copy or any update from Bajaj Allianz. I called the person who cllected the cheque, he said he will send the soft copy but till now nothing received.
    My insurance is expiring in 3 days, please help to get my insurance copy as early as possible,

    I bought a two wheeler insurance today online. The transaction was successful but i didn’t received my policy on my e-mail due to some technical issues. The reference number is 3122005.

    I contacted the customer care but still didn’t receive the policy. The reference no. for the complaint is 42298012.

    I request you to pls send the soft copy on my e-mail id ramnik86@yahoo.co.in ASAP.

    I sold my car and purchased a new car. The new car policy is also with Bajaj Allianz. i had 50% NCB in my old car and I have submitted the old insurance copy, Old RC book with name change effected and the copy of new insurance and RC book to get the NCB transferred to your Adyar branch office. I have been following up for last 45 days or so and I am just being sent assured that this will be done soon,
    Pl suggest may next course of action.
