    Mr. Tapan Singhel has been with Bajaj Allianz since its inception in 2001 and was an integral part of the team starting up the insurance business in the retail market.

    Tapan Singhel took over as MD and CEO in 2012. Under his leadership in the last 7 years, the company has driven innovations, industry-first initiatives and focused on customer centricity. Insurance sale, distribution and customer engagement went digital under his guidance.

    Prior to this, he was the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. He has also handled various roles in the company such as Regional Manager, Zonal Head and Head of all retail channels as CMO.

    As the MD & CEO of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, he has ensured growth, profitability and cost leadership in the industry. At present he also Chairs the CII National Committee on Insurance and Pensions. He has won numerous accolades, to name a few, ‘Personality of the Year’ at the India Insurance Summit & Awards 2019, 22nd Asia Insurance Industry Awards 2018 and Indian Insurance Summit 2017. He was featured as ‘LinkedIn Top Voice in India’ in 2019 & 2018 and has been recognized as the ‘Most Promising Business Leader’ of Asia at The Economic Times Global Business Summit 2018.

    TA Ramalingam is the Chief Technical Officer for Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. In his current role he is responsible for managing motor & non-motor underwriting, claims, risk management and re-insurance for the organisation. Prior to this, he handled company’s distribution channels and strategic tie-ups as Chief Distribution Officer for institutional sales. In his earlier roles, he has guided and lead teams to create efficient claims management processes that were critical enablers for delivering superior customer experience during claims. As a result, today Bajaj Allianz General Insurance is known in the Indian insurance industry for its best turnaround time in claims management. Rama started his career in the banking industry and has a total work experience of over two decades in the insurance industry. He started his career with a prominent national insurer wherein he handled various operational areas including marketing, claims and reinsurance. He is a Post Graduate in Commerce and an Associate of Insurance Institute of India.

    Sasikumar Adidamu is the Chief Distribution Officer, Institutional Sales for Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. In his current role he is responsible for leading the company’s corporate business portfolio through various distribution channels such as bancassurance and corporate businesses and strategic tie-ups through government businesses, crop insurance and product portfolio of organization. Prior to this role, Sasikumar managed company’s underwriting, claims, re-insurance and risk management portfolio as Chief Technical Officer. In his earlier role, prior to CTO, he has handled portfolios as varied as underwriting, claims, risk management, marketing, sales and profit centre management. Sasikumar has a rich experience of over three decades and started his insurance career as a direct recruit officer in 1989 with New India Assurance Company. He has worked with the public sector companies for 12 years before joining Bajaj Allianz in the year 2001. Sasikumar has also had a brief stint with the IT sector, having worked as a Business Analyst with an Australian IT company. Sasikumar Adidamu holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering, and is an Associate of the Insurance Institute of India. He has also completed advanced Engineering Insurance training at Munich. Besides work, Sasikumar is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with his family.

    Mr Ashish Sapra is the Chief Distribution Officer - Retail Sales for Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. In his current role he is responsible for leading the company’s entire retail business portfolio through its various distribution channels. Ashish comes with a rich experience of over 22 years spanning across Bajaj Finance, American Express and HSBC. In his last role at Bajaj Finance, he was handling the consumer business lines there and was instrumental in building a highly profitable business segment for the company. An INSEAD alumni, Ashish is a postgraduate in business management and holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance.

    Ramandeep Singh Sahni is the Chief Financial Officer of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. In this role he handles responsibilities for finance, compliance, legal and administration. Ramandeep carries with him significant experience in insurance, having worked in the Indian life insurance space for over 17 years. In his prior roles he has held senior positions at two of the leading private life insurers in India having experience in almost all facets of Finance, Business Process re-engineering, Business strategy formulation & execution, Administration and Infrastructure and Internal audit. Ramandeep is a Chartered Accountant and a Bachelor of Commerce by qualification. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor.

    Sourabh Chatterjee is the Head of Technology, Digital Sales, Travel at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. He is responsible for the digital strategy of the company and delivering innovative solutions for the company. He also handles digital and direct sales with a focus on growth through the direct online and offline channels.

    Prior to joining Bajaj Allianz in late 2015, Sourabh worked with ICICI Lombard as Vice President - Application development for 4.5 years. Before that, Sourabh played multiple leadership roles across delivery, consulting and sales in the US geography for Infosys Technologies from 1999 to 2011. Sourabh is an Electrical Engineer and is an MBA from INSEAD.

    K.V. Dipu is President and Head of Operations at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. He has a rich management experience in retail finance operations. His specialties include Sales, Business Development, Operations, Process Re-engineering and Product Management.

    He has an experience of over 19 years with GE Capital in sales, product management, six sigma & operations. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a speaker at various industry conferences and business schools. He is also a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, an opt-in research community of business professionals.

Prior to Bajaj Allianz GIC Vikramjeet had an eventful and rich association with leading firms such as L&T, Vodafone, & Deutsche Bank. A young and vibrant leader, Vikramjeet has always been committed towards implementation of innovative and path breaking HR initiatives. He has contributed immensely to the people's agenda by crafting robust performance management frameworks and driving culture change.

    Aditya Sharma is the Business Head for the Motor business at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. In this role, he is responsible for driving the revenue growth, market share and profits from all the auto industry segments for Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. Prior to this role, Aditya has been instrumental in handling company’s most innovative initiative Virtual Office. His role entailed collaboration with different distribution channels, ensuring operational efficiency with special focus on customer service and identification of growth areas for virtual offices. His efforts has helped the company to enhance virtual office network and has played a major role in taking insurance solutions to the customers’ doorstep and improving insurance penetration. Aditya has rich experience of over two decades and his areas of expertise include synergizing & evolving new distribution channels, digital marketing and retail marketing. He has helmed various roles across geographies such as office head, area manager, head of web sales, direct marketing, travel, retail health & home and head of strategic initiatives. Aditya is a Science graduate & holds a post graduate, Management degree in Finance & Control from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. He is also a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India (FIII). Besides work, he enjoys reading, watching movies, exercising and spending time with his family.

    Mr Sriram Iyer has recently joined Bajaj Allianz General Insurance as Head for Health Insurance. In his current role he is responsible for augmenting the health insurance business at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance besides defining the future growth of company's health portfolio. Sriram comes with a rich experience of 20 years in multiple sectors across Telecom & FMCG majors such as Vodafone India, Motorola & Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd. Sriram's last role with Vodafone India was Sr. Vice President and National Distribution Head. In this role Sriram was instrumental in leading varied roles across sales, commercials and distribution. He led large scale teams and had managed P&L for key verticals. Sriram was also responsible for the digital transformation of sales channels at Vodafone.

    Amit Joined Bajaj Allianz General Insurance as Chief Investment Officer in year 2016. He is responsible for managing the investment portfolio as per the risk and return objectives set by the board and the investment committee of the company. Before joining Bajaj Allianz his previous assignment was as Chief Investment Officer at Aviva Life Insurance company. Amit has total experience of more than 20 years in the investment industry spread across investment banks, life insurance and general insurance companies. He holds a bachelor degree in commerce from Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and master degree in Business Economics from university of Delhi. Amit also holds CFA charter from CFA Institute USA. Besides work Amit is very active in endurance sports like long distance running and cycling and regularly participates in marathons and ultra-cycling events.
