How to avail CDC?
In order to avail the benefit of CDC, customers will have to install the Bajaj Allianz Insurance Wallet app. Using this app, policyholders can make claims for their medical expenses, up to a limit of Rs. 20,000.
Insurance Wallet can be used in both iOS (iPhone) as well as Android devices. With one click, policyholders can now make their claims and initiate the settlement process.
Using your details like username and password, one needs to register and login to the app. In the "manage policy" tab, you will have to feed details of your policy, the patient and the hospital. You will also have to furnish information about the discharge date and formalities, estimate expenses and details of the diagnosis and treatment.
These inputs will generate a claim number following which you will have to upload documents like hospital bill, claim form etc. After verification of the uploaded details, if the claim amount is under Rs. 20,000, the same will be transferred to your account.

With CDC, individuals and their families can avoid visiting offices, filling up endless forms, collecting and submitting documents. Simply log in to the Insurance Wallet app from and register the claim from anywhere, at any point in time.
