  • Register and track your claim - Making an insurance claim can be an exhausting task. But, we have made it very convenient for you to make a claim and track its status
    • With our Caringly Yours app, you can:
        1. Settle your car claims up to INR 30,000 and two-wheeler claims up   to INR 10,000 in 20 minutes using Motor OTS feature on your mobile.
        2. Register health insurance claims up to INR 20,000 via paper-less procedure – Health CDC (Claim by Direct Click).

    • You can choose to send us a mail on bagichelp@bajajallianz.co.in to register your claim as well

  • Manage Policy - Insurance Wallet app lets you view information and manage your all insurance policies at one place. You can upload the details of all your general insurance policies on the Insurance Wallet app and access these details whenever you need them. This app will also enable you to buy insurance policies and set reminders for their timely renewal.
  • SMS support: - You can also send us shortcode ‘WORRY’ on 575758 for any assistance needed during the time of emergency. We will make sure that we address your concern without any delay.
  • Global Travel Assistance Missed Call Facility: - Our travel insurance customers can also reach out to us and get all the claim assistance by calling +91 124 617 4720.
