If your car is broken down due to a mechanical or electrical failure, free towing service is provided. Your car will be towed to the nearest network garage for further inspection and repair.
  1. Fuel refill

If your car runs out of fuel in the middle of the road, you would be provided with a fuel refill. Do keep in mind that only a limited quantity of fuel is provided by the insurance company specified in the policy terms.
  1. Tyre air refill/replacement

If your car’s tyre(s) get deflated, they would get refilled. If the tyre were to get punctured, a spare tyre would be provided to you.
  1. Battery charging

If your battery discharges, the RSA facility will help you jump-start your vehicle and even charge your battery on the spot.
  1. Key replacement

  1. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  2. No RSA facility is provided is vehicle used for illegal activities.
  3. Driving without a valid license.
