24x7 Spot Assistance

If your car is immobilized, you will be entitled for one or more of the following benefits:

  • Flat Battery: If your car gets immobilized due to a flat battery, we will make alternative arrangements to make your car mobile again.
  • Fuel Assistance: If your car gets immobilized due to fuel problems, we will either arrange for fuel supply or for carrying out repairs.
  • Space Keys: In the event of you losing the keys of your car, we will arrange for the pick up and delivery of spare keys to the spot where your car is located.
  • Flat Tyre: If your car gets immobilized due to flat tyres, we will arrange for the refill and /or replacement of the flat tyres
  • Minor Repairs: If your car gets immobilized at the roadside, we will arrange for minor mechanical or electrical repairs
  • Message Service: If your car gets immobilized as a result of accident and/or breakdown, we will send urgent message on your behalf to the specified persons through available means of communication
  • Towing Facility: If your car gets immobilized by reason of an accident/breakdown, we shall arrange for a free towing away of your car from the accident spot to the nearest authorized dealer/workshop
  • Legal Advice: If you meet with an accident while traveling in your car, you shall be entitled for a free legal advice upto 30 minutes from a legal advisor over the phone
  • Medical Co-ordination: If you meet with an accident while traveling in your car, you can call us to obtain details regarding the nearest medical center that can provide emergency relief services
  • Accommodation Benefits: If your car meets with an accident / breakdown taking place beyond 100 km from your city and repairs for which will take more than 12 hrs, we will provide hotel accommodation for the occupants of your car for a maximum of two days and two nights limited to Rs. 2000 per person per day and maximum total of Rs. 16,000 through out the Policy Period
  • Taxi Benefits: If your car meets with an accident / breakdown taking place within 100 km of your city, we will provide a Taxi or any other transportation service to transfer the occupants of your car to a single destination within 50 km from the spot of immobilisation
  • To avail 24X7 roadside assistance, please dial our toll free number 1800-103-5858 from your phone (applicable only for Bajaj Allianz customers, that have opted for this feature during their purchase of Car Insurance policy).

Depreciation Shield

This covers the depreciation amount, partly or fully, on assessed damaged parts allowed for replacement during repairs in the event of a partial loss to the insured vehicle.

Engine Protector

This covers the consequential damage to the internal parts of the engine of the Insured Vehicle arising out of water ingression/ leakage of lubricating oil and/or damage to gear box of the Insured Vehicle arising out of leakage of lubricating oil due to Accidental means.

Keys and Locks Replacement Cover(Only for new Bajaj Allianz customers)

In the event of irrecoverable loss of keys of your car, we will cover the cost of replacement of keys, subject to the specified sum insured for this cover. In the event of a security risk arising out of the incidence of lost keys of your vehicle, we will cover the cost of installing new locks. The benefits under this cover is available only once during the policy period.

Personal Baggage

Insured is indemnified in respect of the loss or damage to the personal baggage whilst kept in the insured vehicle and caused by the insured perils covered in the policy.


What is an EEZEE Card?

EEZEE Card is a part of the benefits you receive when you renew your car insurance with Bajaj Allianz at the Renewal Notice Price. The EEZEE Card aims to offset the rising cost of medical procedures and treatment by enabling discounts on certain medical expenses like OPD, pathological investigations, select surgical procedures, optical frames, lenses, dental care, etc. at our tie-up network service providers.
