Renewal Payment Options for Life Insurance and General Insurance

You can remit the premium by Cash / Cheque / DD at your nearest Bajaj Allianz Offices.

Chq / DD: In case if you remit the renewal premium by cheque or DD please note that the Cheque/ DD should be drawn in favor of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited.

NOTE: Please do not forget to mention your policy no. at the reverse side of the chq/DD

Cash : Please note, renewal premium in form of cash should only be deposited at the Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance offices and Axis bank branches.

NOTE: None of our representatives are authorised to collect premiums in form of cash


You can pay your premiums using your credit card (Master/Visa). You simply need to fill up the credit card standing instruction form and send it to us along with the photocopy of the front side of your credit card.

You can submit this form at any of our branch offices or mail it our communication address.

The Direct Debit facility enables you to set up auto-debit instructions on your bank account for regular debit of your premium amounts. Depending on your premium due date, the premium gets directly debited from your bank account. To avail this facility, please submit the duly filled Mandate Form along with a cancelled cheque at any of our Branch Offices or mail it to our communication address.
